UK Delivery Services and Pricing
We currently ship within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail. At checkout, you will be able to choose from the following delivery options:

- All delivery timeframes are estimated and begin once your order has been dispatched.
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your parcel has been shipped.
Order Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.
- Orders placed after 12PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the following working day.
- During peak seasons such as Ramadan, Eid, and promotional sales, dispatch times may be extended by 1–2 working days.
Delivery Notes
- All parcels are shipped from our UK warehouse.
- A signature may be required upon delivery for Special Delivery services.
- Please ensure shipping addresses are entered correctly. Smamz is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If no one is available at the delivery address, Royal Mail may leave a calling card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please allow up to 7 working days before contacting our support team, as delays can occasionally occur within the courier network.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, a redelivery fee may apply. We will contact you directly to confirm how you wish to proceed.
Pre-Orders and Backorders
If an item in your order is listed as Pre-Order, your entire order will be dispatched once that item is available. You will be notified of estimated shipping dates at the time of purchase.
