Terms and Conditions
Welcome to our website. These Terms and Conditions, along with any documents referenced herein, govern the sale of products (the “Products”) listed on our website. By using this website, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, whether or not you register with us.

2. Service Availability
We offer worldwide shipping, though certain restrictions may apply to specific countries. Details of these restrictions can be found on our Delivery Information page.
3. Your Status
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
- You are at least 16 years old;
- You are a resident of one of the countries we service.
4. Formation of Contract
- After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order.
- Your order is an offer to purchase the Product. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We will confirm acceptance by sending you a Dispatch Confirmation email.
- The contract ("Contract") is formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
- Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full as outlined in clause 7.
- If you make a mistake with your order, you may correct it by emailing us before processing. Once processed, changes cannot be made. If dispatched, please refer to our Returns Policy for returns.
- The Contract only covers Products confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. Any additional Products in your order will be dispatched separately.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order.
5. Consumer Rights
- If you are a consumer, you may cancel your order within seven days of receiving the Products. For EEA users, this period is 14 days. You will receive a full refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
- If you cancel your Contract, we will refund delivery charges up to the cost of the least expensive delivery option available.
6. Availability and Delivery
- We will fulfill your order by the delivery date stated in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if not specified, within 30 days, unless exceptional circumstances occur.
7. Price and Payment
- Prices for Products are as shown on the Website. Prices include UK VAT but exclude delivery charges, which are displayed separately and must be paid in advance.
- Payment must be made as specified on the Website and will not be considered complete until we receive cleared funds.
- Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders already accepted.
- If a Product is incorrectly priced, we will either charge the correct price or reject the order and notify you.
- Payment can be made via credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Electron, Laser) or PayPal.
- Foreign products and services may fluctuate in cost. All prices are subject to change.
- Only one promotion code can be used per order.
8. Our Returns Policy

9. Our Liability
- If Products are not delivered, are incorrect, or are damaged, we will:
- Remedy any shortages or non-delivery;
- Replace or repair damaged or defective Products;
- Refund the amount paid for the Products.
- For faults discovered after 14 days, we may request evidence before issuing a refund.
- We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of revenue, profits, contracts, or goodwill.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Products.
- We are not liable for death or personal injury due to our negligence or fraud.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
- All Intellectual Property Rights in connection with the Products are owned by us.
11. Indemnity
- You agree to indemnify us and our affiliates from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these terms, infringement of rights, or any defamatory statements made by you.
12. Import Duty
- Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which you will be responsible for. We have no control over these charges and recommend contacting your local customs office for details.
13. Written Communications
- Communication with us will be electronic. By using our site, you consent to receiving communications electronically and acknowledge that such communications comply with legal requirements.
14. Notices
- Notices must be given by email. We may contact you via email or postal address provided during ordering. Notices are deemed received immediately when posted on our website, 24 hours after an email is sent, or three days after posting a letter.
15. Transfer of Rights and Obligations
- The Contract is binding on both parties and our respective successors and assigns. You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations as needed.
16. Events Outside Our Control
- We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event"), such as strikes, natural disasters, or government actions. Performance obligations are suspended during such events.
17. Waiver
- Failure to enforce any terms or rights under the Contract does not constitute a waiver of those rights. A waiver must be expressly stated and communicated in writing.
18. Severability
- If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. We may rectify and interpret the clause to closely resemble its original intent.
19. Entire Agreement
- These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior agreements. Neither party shall have remedies for untrue statements made before the Contract, except for fraud.
20. Right to Vary Terms
- We reserve the right to amend these terms to reflect changes in market conditions, technology, laws, or other reasons. Changes will apply from the time of order unless notified otherwise.
21. Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
22. After-Sale Service
- Questions, comments, or complaints should be directed to us via email. If unsatisfied with our resolution, you may request alternative dispute resolution or submit disputes to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
23. Discount Code Terms and Conditions
- Official discount codes provide a percentage discount on your next order. Codes can be applied in the 'My Bag' section. Only one code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions. Codes exclude certain categories and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Employees are excluded from using codes.
24. Third-Party Content and Use

By responding #YesPLT, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use your social media content, including your username, profile picture, and any associated data, for marketing and advertising purposes. You represent and warrant that you have the rights to your content and that its use will not infringe on any third-party rights or laws. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.
