Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your SMAMZ order. If something isn’t quite right, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return or Exchange

Please email info@smamz.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will respond within 24 hours with full return instructions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with swing tags attached

  • Returned in the original clear packaging

For hygiene reasons, hijabs and under caps can only be returned if unused and not tried on.

Items must be free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, or marks. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

 

Return Shipping

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility

  • We do not offer pre-paid return labels

  • Return postage is non-refundable

  • We recommend using a tracked service for your protection

 

Refunds & Processing

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If your order qualified for free shipping and your return brings the order below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

  • Returns are processed within 3 working days of receipt

  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days to appear in your account

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
