Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your SMAMZ order, but if something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.



How Do I Return or Exchange an Item?

1. Email us at info@smamz.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll reply within 48 hours with the next steps.

3. Please send the item using a tracked and signed service. Until we receive it, it remains your responsibility.



Who Covers Return Shipping?

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
We don’t offer pre-paid return labels and can’t refund postage.
To make sure your parcel gets to us safely, we recommend using a signed and tracked service.



What Can Be Returned?

· Items must be unworn, unwashed, with the original swing tag attached, and returned in the clear packaging it came in.

· For hygiene reasons, hijabs and undercaps can only be returned if they haven’t been worn or tried on.

Please make sure items are free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, or other marks. If an item isn’t returned in its original condition, we may need to send it back to you.



Shipping Fees & Refunds

· Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

· If your order qualified for free shipping, and your return brings the total below the free shipping threshold, we’ll deduct the standard shipping fee from your refund.

· If we need to return an item to you (e.g. due to wear or scent), a £3.50 return postage fee will apply.


 

International Returns

If you're returning an item from outside the UK, please email us first.
For non-EU returns, make sure the customs form clearly states “Returned Goods”.
If customs charges are applied, we won’t be able to accept the parcel and it may be returned to you.



When Will I Receive My Refund?

· Once we receive your return, please allow up to 3 days for processing.

· Refunds may take an additional 5 to 7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

· Exchanges may take slightly longer depending on availability but we’ll keep you updated.
